About Z2 Systems
Z2 Systems focuses solely on the nonprofit market. We do this because it is more than a
job to us. Working with nonprofits enables us to develop software that is designed
specifically for nonprofit needs, and allows us to help you change the world for the
better. This is what drives us to offer all of our powerful tools at such low
prices compared to our competitors. Don't be fooled by "free" systems that require lots of
consulting work, or systems that require lots of add-on's. If you can't figure out
how to use your tools, they aren't the right ones for you!
Z2 Systems, Inc. was started in 2003 by two consultant programmers. They founded Z2 Systems
to empower nonprofits with the same kinds of tools and technologies utilized by the for-profit
market, but focused specifically on nonprofit needs. Z2 Systems initially did a large
analysis of the nonprofit market and even took on a few clients for free in order to better
learn the specific needs and demands.
NEON 1.0 was released in early 2004 and has achieved good market success. NEON has grown and
is now even more empowered. This reflects all of the new tools that have been added to
our NEON suite since version1.0 was released. NEON’s capabilities and features have grown
more robust every month as we take on more clients and projects. Our ASP design enables us to
easily upgrade all of our clients automatically and offer new upgrades seamlessly, without
down-time or price increases.
Initially started with two staff members, the company will finish 2008 with over
nine staff members including five programmers. Z2 Systems achieved profitability in 2006 and
has been successful since.
