This is one of our most popular support options.  Live Help enables you to receive immediate answers from our staff in real time Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern through Pacific time zones.  When you have a question, just click the Live Support link on almost every page in your NEON system and you will be immediately connected via Internet chat to our knowledgeable support staff.  This solution helps to save valuable staff time and we make sure you clearly understand the process at-hand by the end of each conversation.

Z2 Systems provides a full Knowledge Base with videos and answers to the most frequently asked questions.  Topics are categorized, and many of the answers link to videos that go through processes and procedures for completing tasks.  The Video Library has over 30 videos reviewing specific tasks and functions in NEON.   This Knowledge Base and Video Library enable you to find answers to your questions anytime - day or night.
