Private Web-Based Training
- Personal web-based training for your administrators and staff
- Training uses your system and is dedicated to your organization
- 2-3 sessions recommended
- $400/3-hour session. Additional training is available for $400 per 3-hour session or $150/hour
On-Location Training
- We come to your location and train your staff personally
- $1,250/day plus expenses, which includes reasonable costs for transportation, meals, and accomodations, billed after training. We can provide an estimate for this prior to purchase.
Data Conversion
Moving from one database to another can be complicated. NeonCRM gives you the option of making the move yourself, or having our staff take care of the heavy lifting.
Self-Import
- Use the NeonCRM Import Manager to import your data
- Import contact information, custom fields, donations, membership information, event registrations, and more
- We recommend our Data Consulting package if you are new to the NeonCRM import process
- The Self-Import is supported separately from the rest of the system. Assistance is available for $150/hour. Please review the restrictions of the Self-Import below.

Data Conversion by NeonCRM Staff
- We need to see a sample of your database in order to give an accurate estimate. Please contact your sales representative if you would like to send over a data sample.
Limitations of Self-Import
There are some types of data that are not available for self-import by customers. These include (but are not limited to):
- Relationships – any links between accounts. This includes: Individual or Organizational Account relations, Households, Organization Primary Contact.
- Individual-specific or Organization-specific custom fields. You may still import General Account custom fields
- Event sessions, event registrant or attendee custom fields
- Product purchases
- Recurring donations
- Membership auto-renewals
- Secondary contacts
- Volunteer data
- Time-sheet data
- Group memberships
- Seasonal addresses
Any of this data may be imported, but would require a data conversion by the NeonCRM staff.
Website Integration
In order to take advantage of NeonCRM's powerful website integration, you'll need to have your existing website template synced with our system. We also offer additional website-related services.
NeonCRM will integrate with your existing website. We do allow you to add a header or logo to the NeonCRM pages, and we have additional setup options listed below.
Premium Web Form Integration
- This is how we integrate your website with your NeonCRM forms and pages.
- We can use one template for all the NeonCRM pages. Additional templates can be uploaded to specific NeonCRM online forms for $300 per template. Small template updates are charged at $25 per 15 minutes of HTML work.

Install a Custom SSL Certificate (https)
- This allows you to use your own website's URL on your NeonCRM forms and pages.
- You must purchase and renew the HTTPS security certificate through an SSL provider if you want your web address on top of the NeonCRM pages. This fee covers the security certificate setup on the NeonCRM pages. We usually use a subdomain for this such as http://secure.[your_organization_name].org that we will load onto our servers.

Google Analytics for NeonCRM pages
- We install your Google Analytics account tracking on your NeonCRM pages.
- Allows for NeonCRM page traffic to be tracked in your Google Analytics account.

If you plan on processing credit card or e-check payments through NeonCRM, you'll need to obtain an account with a payment processing service and connect it to your NeonCRM system. We support the following vendors:

Paypal offers multiple levels of service. We recommend using PayPal Pro because it can make use of all payment processing capabilities in NeonCRM.
We can make PayPal Standard an available option, but it is not recommended to be used as the main processor of online transactions. It will not track recurring payments made with NeonCRM.
