Baker Industries’ Philadelphia location is intentionally staffed, from top to bottom, by individuals who have personally experienced reentry.

This facility has more than 40 full-time reentrants who produce more than $500,000 of business for nearly 30 customers each year.

When we launched our Job Readiness Program in the fall of 2017, we made a commitment to being:

• Authentic to the reentry experience
• Evidence-informed in our approach
• A trauma-informed organization

Join us on June 8th as we celebrate the first cohort of “graduates” from our Job Readiness Program as they share their experience through words, photographs, as well as a theater sharing as part of the Wilma Theater’s Portable Studio.
