This is a workshop for those considering a transition in practice; both "buyers" and "sellers", and at whatever stage you might find yourself in the process. If you have a spouse to key team member who will be an integral part of your implementation team, we encourage their participation as well. We will use metrics to assess the opportunities and risks in a practice transition, and to create a new awareness around the daily conversations, relationship development, and continued data collection which is beneficial to ongoing operations management, affective and effective relationship management and the general oversight and well-being of all persons connected with the practice.
