Photography has become an indispensable part of dentistry today. While many of the basic techniques haven't changed over time, the advancements in technology have allowed us to reach levels of diagnostic ability and patient education that are truly remarkable. Of course, learning how to capture an excellent image is only part of the battle. Understanding what to do with the image as it relates to  diagnosis, treatment planning, lab communication, patient education, and marketing is  "where the rubber meets the road".  Team members are welcome to attend with their doctor.

You will learn:

• What camera to buy and how to set it properly
• How to develop a predicatable series of photos for patient education and diagnosis
• How to better communicate with the lab with photos and videos
• How to store and manage your images
• How to create artistic photography and how to use it for marketing, office decoration, website,etc.
• What is new in technology and what is better or "just new"
