WHY: Support rare disease research

We hope you can join us for this fun event to benefit the CMT Association!  CMT is a rare neurological disease, similar to muscular dystrophy, that has affected someone close to the team.  By working with Uplifting Athletes, we are able to help raise funds to support research and make people aware of this rare disease.

As part of this year's tournament, the offense and defense are going head-to-head in a fundraising competition.  The fundraising leader will get home field advantage in the championship game, but the real winner is the CMT Association.  Please click on a link below to make your donation today:
