New NEON Reporting Features

We are very proud to present our new reporting module.  We have made reporting in NEON much easier with new reports, a new user interface, and more detailed export options.

If you look under the reporting tab, you will see a new option for "One-Click" Reports, as well as "Saved Reports", and "New Reports".  These are reports that can be run quickly and easily, and they keep all of your important information just a click away.  We mave many new membership reports, donation reports, Lybunt & Sybunt reports, and much more.

 You can now also select the exact columns that you would like to export so your spreadsheet has the exact fields that you would like to work with.  Once your report is on the screen, you can click the "Choose Columns" button to select the exact fields that you want to export onto your report from the database.  Then you can save the report and the selected columns so you just have to  create it once, and it will be a click away.

 

This will allow you to choose from almost any of the NEON database fields and custom fields.  The currently "Selected" fields will be on the right, and the "Available" fields will be on the right.  This enables you to merge the exact information that you want for your reports and mail merges.
