Our customer care and support is designed to provide your organization with worry-free maintenance and prompt support of your NEON system. With your NEON subscription, you will always have access to our user manual, knowledge base, and videos. We also offer three paid programs that will ensure immediate answers to your organization's questions:  24 Hour Email Support, Live Help Support ,and Full Support customer service programs that can be added to your NEON package. Packages may be switched every 3 months.

If your organization requires consulting before or after the sale we are here for you.  Our talented consultants can help you work your way through your data and setting up the best plan possible for your organization.  We have lots of experience in working with organizations to come up with ideal solutions for a variety of needs, issues, and desires.  Our hourly rate for consulting is $100.

Our talented programmers can create new capabilities for you in NEON as part of a custom project.  We have added all sort of features and connections in NEON that are specific to certain clients.  Let us know your requirements and we can come up with a quote.  Our hourly rate for custom programming is $100.
