CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & NO-SHOW POLICIES
- Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
- All cancellations must be received in writing no later than Thursday, February 25 via fax: (202) 289-7499 or email: jbaker@defensecommunities.org.
- There is a $95.00 cancellation fee.
- A refund, less a $95.00 cancellation fee, will be granted for cancellations received by February 25.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 25.
- A registered attendee who does not attend the conference and does not submit a written cancellation by February 25 will be considered a no-show and is still liable for any outstanding balance.
- Substitutions of attendees must be submitted via email to jbaker@defensecommunities.org no later than Thursday February 25. After February 25, substitutions will be processed onsite.
