Cancellations, Refunds and No-Show Policies

• Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
• All cancellations must be received in writing no later than June 2, 2017.
• A refund less a $95 cancellation fee will be granted for cancellations received by June 2, 2017.
• A registered attendee who does not attend the conference and does not submit a written cancellation will be considered a no-show and is still liable for any outstanding balance.
• All substitution requests should be submitted via email to Susie Gingrich at sgingrich@defensecommunities.org by June 15 to avoid delays onsite.
