Cancellations, Refunds and No-Show Policies

• Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• A refund less a $95 cancellation fee will be granted for cancellations received no later than September 18, 2017.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 18, 2017.
• A registered attendee who does not attend the conference and does not submit a written cancellation will be considered a no-show and is still liable for any outstanding balance.
• There is no charge for substitutions.
• Substitution requests should be submitted via email to ADC by September 28, 2017 to avoid delays onsite.
