Cancellations, Refunds and No-Show Policies
- Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
- All cancellations must be received in writing no later than January 29, 2017.
- A refund less a $95 cancellation fee will be granted for cancellations received by January 29, 2017.
- A registered attendee who does not attend the conference and does not submit a written cancellation will be considered a no-show and is still liable for any outstanding balance.
- There is no charge for substitutions.
- Substitution requests should be submitted via email to ADC by February 5 to avoid delays onsite.
