Description

Handbell Musicians of America presents the first College Ring-In

The event for college students and recent alumni.  Join other ringers from around the country for three days of ringing with conductor Michael Joy.  Each registrant will be given an individual ringing assignment to prepare in advance.  At the event, you'll come together with other handbell musicians to rehearse and polish the music culminating in a final concert on Saturday evening.

All event activities take place at Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton, Illnois. Rehearsals begin at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 14 and the event concludes with a public concert at 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 16.  During the event, we'll take time for a reading session of compositions and arrangements submitted by event attendees.  Editors and publishers from the handbell industry will be on hand to give advice about copyright permissions and the publishing process.

Registration is $85.00 and includes lunch on Friday and Saturday.  Members receive a $15 discount.
