It is important to ensure that your loved one is financially secure when you can no longer provide help. In this presentation, learn about the roles of Special Needs Trusts and ABLE Accounts in safeguarding government benefits while ensuring your loved one's personal needs and aspirations are met now and in the future. In addition, learn the value of creating important guidance documents such as the Letter of Intent and Advocacy Plans to support and empower your loved one and his/her future advocates.
