This introduction to the kitchen is a fun exploration of how food can be both yummy and good for you. Chef Anne, co-founder of the nationally recognized coalition Plow to Plate, leads this workshop of cooking, games, and storytelling, which will inspire your young chefs. Together they will use all of their senses to explore the art of cooking, discover how delicious vegetables can taste, and much more.
