Join Cassandra Purdy and Sam Averill at Averill Farm for an unforgettably delicious afternoon of cider and pizza creation at Averill Farm. Create your own pizza with
locally sourced produce and cook it in a real wood fired oven with professional chef Cassandra, founder and owner of Pizza to the People and Radical Roots. While your pizza bakes join the owner of Averill Farm, Sam, in transforming the farm’s apples into apple cider. Spend the rest of the afternoon tie-dyeing your own t-shirt and exploring the farm on a scavenger hunt. This trip will conclude with a picnic where you will get to enjoy your delicious creations!
