Cookie Making 101

Participants will experience Chef Amanda Glover’s love for baking as she guides you through five basic types of cookie making — YUM! Each class will be hands on with different recipes, new ingredients, and delicious cookies to sample and share. You will learn basic baking skills that include: proper temperature, thickness of dough, and artful decor you can use for every holiday and special event.
