Volunteer Naturalist Training Program

Join our dedicated corps of volunteers who lead nature walks for school children!
No experience necessary, just enjoy nature and working with children. We'll train you for the rest! Training includes familiarizing you with Beechwood, our field trip lessons and activities, as well as local natural history. Training is free with a commitment to lead field trips for at least one season after training is complete. Standard, state-mandated child-protection background check documentation required (we will provide instructions.)

The training program takes place over six Mondays, September 19 through October 24, 9:30 to 2:30.
