Hummers at Home and Project Nestwatch - Todd Nature Store

This combined Citizen Science program looks at two important citizen science programs you and your family can participate in. Hummers at Home monitor hummingbirds and how they must sync their migration and nesting times with the flowering of nectar-bearing plants. Nestwatch is a nationwide monitoring program designed to track status and trends in the reproductive biology of birds, including when nesting occurs, number of eggs laid, how many eggs hatch, and how many hatchlings survive.
