Yoga in the Park - Buffalo Creek (winter): Super Bowl Sunday Special Time

It's Super Bowl Sunday and while the Steelers are not playing, we know you may be hosting or going to a Super Bowl Party - so, come join us at 11 AM get a good stretch and workout in so that you are ready to enjoy your evening!

Start your week off with some yoga! Give yourself the space to breathe and stretch so you are ready for the work week. Come yourself, or grab a friend, for this warmed up power yoga program offered through Sol Power Yoga and held in our classroom where you’re surrounded by nature, overlooking Little Buffalo Creek.  We will have yoga mats should you need them or bring your own and get ready for a great workout. There are 3 more dates for this winter series: February 4, 11, 18, 25. Each session: $6 per member, $10 per nonmember
