Serving as chair of civic and charitable events, Mike has also worked with Urban Gateways, the Joffrey Ballet, Illinois Eye Bank, Chicago Pow Wow, and Chicago House.

Prior to joining Executive Service Corps (ESC), Mike Snipes was a Human Resource Executive at Allstate Insurance Co. where he had worked since 1966 in a variety of human resource positions. Some of Mike's ESC clients include the Alzheimer's Association - Greater Illinois Chapter, El Hogar Del Nino, Muntu Dance Theatre of Chicago, and Community Resources for Education and Wellness, Inc.
