About this Session: Almost every organization requires commercial space in some form or another. For many, real estate costs will amount to the second highest line item in an organization’s budget. This workshop will cover the essential elements of finding the right space for your organization and negotiating the transaction. We will address lease and purchase/sale transactions. By participating in this workshop, you will gain the confidence necessary to lead your organization through its next property transaction.

Caitlin BristowAbout the Presenter: Tim Ryan is the owner and managing broker of Monarch Realty, a tenant representation firm based in Chicago. Tim has an extensive background in real estate, with over 15 years of experience in brokerage and consulting. Throughout the years, he has represented a number of well-known organizations across a wide spectrum of industries including law, marketing, engineering, non-profit, and more. Tim has a BA in political economics from the University of Minnesota and a MS in environmental management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
