This workshop will cover the essential elements of finding the right space for your organization and negotiating the transaction. We will address lease and purchase/sale transactions. By participating in this workshop, you will gain the confidence necessary to lead your organization through its next property transaction.

About the Presenter: Tim Ryan is the owner and managing broker of Monarch Realty, a tenant representation firm based in Chicago. Tim has an extensive background in real estate, with over 15 years of experience in brokerage and consulting. Throughout the years, he has represented a number of well-known organizations across a wide spectrum of industries including law, marketing, engineering, non-profit, and more. Tim has a BA in political economics from the University of Minnesota and a MS in environmental management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
