Half-Day Workshop: $90

About this Session: The Illinois budget crisis and staffing shortages in the face of increasing community struggles have triggered a deficits mentality for many. Nonprofit leaders are tired of finding one more way to do more with less. Understanding the power of leading through personal strengths and the innovation that can be created when teams leverage their strengths together is critical to the sustainability of any organization’s vision and mission. In this session, participants will use the StrengthsFinder assessment to identify personal strengths and learn how to synergize strengths across team members and organizations to meaningfully drive decision-making and productivity. Discover how to move your mission forward by building off of the combined strengths of individual team members. Now is the time to learn how to apply team strengths to your organizational challenges.

Note: Participants who have not recently taken the StrengthsFinder are encouraged to complete the 20-minute assessment prior to the workshop. Register for your spot in this session by Thursday, February 2 and receive a code to take the StrengthsFinder assessment online.

Who Should Participate: This workshop applies to a broad audience.
