We’ll discuss: the role of information in the fundraising process; how to apply what you’ve learned through research to create and maintain rating systems for segmentation and prioritization; prospect identification ideas to ensure that your pipeline is well-stocked with potential donors; thoughts on targeted prospect identification to help balance and diversify your pool without compromising true interest and engagement; and prospect management principles to ensure accountability for moving those prospects through the fundraising process.
