About this Session: Organizations are increasingly grappling with a changing workforce demographic fueled by generational differences. The key to effectively managing this diversity is to take advantage of the differences in values, skills, expectations and experiences that each generation offers. While the thought of Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers collaborating and even celebrating their work styles may on its surface present a challenge, there is an opportunity to transform this thinking into a value proposition. Discover the advantages of not only identifying differences, but more importantly leveraging them as an asset to your culture and mission, resulting in increased success in your organization’s work.
