By purchasing this space, you agree to enter into a contract with Blue Ridge Pride Center and to abide by the 2017 Pride Festival Vendor Agreement and Guidelines.

Festival Space Dimensions: 10' x 10'

Tents: We do not provide tents.  You will need to bring your own or rent them from other local providers.  One we recommend is Classic Event Rentals.  They will set up a 10x10 tent - including anchors - for $125.

Tent Anchors ($20):  Local law requires tent anchors.  You may either bring your own or rent them from us.  We will deliver and remove them.

Table and 2 Chairs ($30): Table dimensions are approximately 8' x 2.5'.  

Electricity ($25): There are a limited number of spaces available with access to electricity.  Please book early to ensure availability.  You must provide your own 12-gauge extension cord. (50' to 100' recommended)

Some organizations have expressed an interest in showng more visible support - much like our corporate sponsors - but at a price that a smaller, local organization can afford. Community Patrons receive the following recognition:

A special, brightly colored banner (designed to hang across the front of your tent) that identifies you as a local festival patron.

Your organization's logo featured on the border of our festival map.

A frameable certificate identitying your organization as a supporter of Blue Ridge Pride
