Description
Network breaker replacement with Arc flash mitigation. Rick Kernan has been with Xcel Energy for 35 years. He started out in the overhead construction department in 1982. Mr. Kernan was a lineman in the overhead from 1987 to 1994, a troubleshooter from 1994 to 2005.
In 2005 Mr. Kernan went to the Electric Underground in 2005 as Working Foreman and has been there since.
