Join us for Breathe New Hampshire's 23rd Annual Eager Breather’s Fresh Air Day Cruise™ aboard the M/S Mount Washington on Thursday, September 6, 2018. The ship will be leaving the dock, rain or shine, at 1:00 p.m. and boarding begins at 12:30 p.m. The cruise is open to anyone living with COPD or another serious respiratory condition, their family members, and caregivers. The cost is $20.00 per participant. Advanced registration and payment required.
This annual event gives those living with COPD and other serious respiratory conditions an opportunity to socialize and have a buffet lunch with their peers while enjoying a scenic tour of Lake Winnipesaukee. Participants can practice skills learned in pulmonary rehab, and obtain valuable health education information and resources to improve their quality of life.
