The Brown Daily Herald 2009 Annual Appeal

2009 was an incredibly busy year at The Brown Daily Herald.

Alums from all ages and locations have reconnected with The Herald this year in ways never before realized. Since its launch in May, over 200 Herald alumni spanning seven decades have joined Since 1891. Successful meetup events in Boston, New York City, and Washington, DC have provided alumni with the opportunity to reconnect with friends and forge new connections with former Herald staffers.

With over $100,000 raised to date, we are well on our way to realizing our goals of a searchable, digitized Herald archive and self-sustaining financial aid program. But we need your support, and ask that you consider making a contribution of any size to The Herald this year as a part of our first-ever Annual Appeal.

Your gift will create a permanent electronic record of The Brown Daily Herald and enable our volunteer staff to continue producing College Hill's only daily newspaper of record, regardless of their individual financial circumstances.

The Brown Daily Herald, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and all donations are tax-deductible. Gifts of any amount will help support The Herald. Donors to the 2009 Annual Appeal will receive a print copy of The Herald acknowledging all of our supporters for their integral role in securing the future of The Brown Daily Herald.
