As an accomplished professional with extensive experience in FI and technology sectors, Kelly brings a unique blend of strategic vision and technical expertise to the table. She is the Head of Hong Kong for Intact Financial Corporation delivering AI solutions to support the company’s business transformation. Prior to joining Intact, she held leadership positions at Prudential plc, Wells Fargo Bank, JP Morgan Chase and FICO, where she developed group customer management strategies and operationalized AI/ML solutions across sales and marketing, HR, claims operations, underwriting and risk management.

Melodie Lu is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors for Lucy Biotech since November 2022. Prior to becoming a member of Lucy, Melodie amassed 7 years as the director of operations at iProgen Biotech Inc, a Canadian-based biotechnology company. Melodie began her career at the Jack Bell Research Centre at the University of British Columbia then, transitioned to work in a start-up biotech company. She leads a team of scientists and technicians in recombinant protein production.
