CLiF storyteller Duncan McDougall hosts a storytelling presentation and book giveaway for children and families at a community dinner at the O'Brien Community Center in Winooski, VT. As part of this family event, Duncan will also host a parent seminar to speak with parents about strategies for promoting literacy at home. The Vermont Department of Health, Burlington District Office WIC program has been awarded a CLiF At-Risk Children grant to inspire a love of reading and writing among the children and families served by their programming.
