Poet Leland Kinsey will spend three days writing poetry with the Albany Community students, K-8. He starts the residency with an opening assembly to help set the stage, so the kids can get to know Leland and his work, story, and thoughts about the power of poetry. He will spend the remaining time in the classrooms working with the students in small groups.
