Introducing AdtiveNet: a new & improved registration system

WHAT: Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) is partnering with ActiveNet to provide you with a new and improved class registration and park reservation system! Your ActiveNet account will offer

WHEN: Monday, March 10, 2014, Our registration system will look different online. It will be easier to navigate and search for classes by age, category, time, location, and activity.*

WHY: You asked for faster, easier class registration – and our new and improved service is here!

• Fast online registration with enhanced search functions, the ability to manage your own account 24/7, and the capability to create a Wish List.

• Secure payment processing, customer service, and more.

• Easy-to-use and intuitive system for all of your class registrations, beginning March 10, with future park reservation features coming soon.

• Plus, you can still register by phone, walk-in, or fax!

Go to Portland Parks.org and click on Register Online!

You will be able to view information about the new system, read the FAQs, and watch how-to videos with information for returning and new customers.

Sign in, create your account, and register for spring classes on Monday, March 10! Excellent customer service is our goal.
