CMC Office Notes

Winter Term Begins: January 4, 2016.  Students are automatically re-enrolled from Fall to Winter term for all the same classes (except Preschool Music and Senior Piano); balance to be paid by first class of new term (late fees may apply) - notify the CMC office if you are not going to continue in your class/lesson.

Office Staff Changes in January
After 10 years at CMC, Rachel Telesmanick is stepping down from her post in the latter part of January.  Kari Kjome, currently the CMC Registrar, will serve in Rachel's position on an interim basis, and Erik Nils Velasques will be the temporary Registrar. You can see their biographies online.  It will be a big change to have Rachel gone, and we will all miss her very much.  With Kari, Erik, Ted, Andy, Meg, and Brendan on staff, we'll have a great CMC office team for 2016!

Inclement Weather Policy
Closures due to bad weather are tied to Portland's public school districts.  Closure announcements will also be available on the CMC phone greeting (503-823-3177), Facebook and Twitter by 8 am on affected days.  If CMC isn't closed but local conditions prevent you from attending a regular class or lesson, please notify the CMC office at 503-823-3177.  See the PP&R Inclement Weather Policy.
