Summer Chamber Camp & Orchestra now taking registrations
​Join our teams for serious fun

In "Chamber Groups", play trios, quartets or other works for strings, winds & piano with peers.  In "Chamber Orchestra: Baroque Rules!" get into the minds of composers like Bach, Telemann & Vivaldi, and discover new takes on old rules while playing masterpieces of the era.

Calendar Reminders for CMC Students

• Students are automatically rolled over to Spring Term with tuition due by the first day of the new term.   If you aren't continuing to Spring Term, please notify the CMC office right away. Note: early childhood music, senior piano, and Jam Session Sing-along do not roll over; students in these activities need to re-register for spring term to continue.
• Please help us keep staff costs down by making sure your account is paid and up to date.  You can access your account online at www.portlandparks.org (click on 'register now', and sign in using your email address - don't create a new account if you are currently enrolled, instead use 'forgot my password').  Late fees apply to accounts over two weeks overdue.
• CMC is closed for maintenance March 22 - 25 (spring break).  See our hours and school dates page for all our term dates and holiday closures.
• Summer is coming! Our catalog will be ready in early April, registration begins April 18. 

Job Opening: PP&R Arts & Culture Manager

A new position is open in Portland Parks & Recreation for manager of Arts, Culture, and Special Events.  Applications being taken through 3/28/16 at portlandonline.gov.  More information on the City's job page.

Free Concert Offer: Columbia Symphony

A limited number of audience outreach tickets are available for CMC families to CSO concerts on March 18th (Downtown Portland) and March 20th (Mt Hood Community College) featuring Ida Kavafian, violinist.  See the Columbia Symphony website for full details, and pick up a ticket or two from the CMC office (no phone calls, please).
