Introducing the Center Powered by Y.O.U.TH

CMC is proud and excited to have a partner in East Portland for providing access to quality music instruction at SE 162nd and Stark Street.
Music Booth
PP&R installed a sound-dampening room so that lessons and small classes can take place regardless of the activity in the main room.
Computer Music Lab
We’ve purchased four digital music work stations to inspire, motivate and facilitate music learning, composition and creativity.
Piano Lab
We’ve installed digital pianos for small-group classes to learn and improve keyboard skills and music theory. Enrollment is open now for Wednesday classes beginning in Winter term.
Performance Space
We are providing a grand piano and other equipment so that the Center Powered by Y.O.U.TH can easily host concerts, recitals, workshops, and other music events.
