The Minutes of the June 6, 2009, meeting were unanimously accepted as submitted.

President Seubert pointed out that the End-of-term Concert and CMC, Inc. Annual Meeting were presented in honor of Darryl Conser, CMC, Inc board member since 1989. Special recognition was made of his meritorious service for twenty years.

Nominations were made for new members to the CMC Board: Abbie Weisenbloom, and Judy Rompa.  Ms. Weisenbloom will serve a three year term and Ms Rompa will serve a one year term. A motion was made and seconded to elect these nominees. The motion carried by unanimous vote.

Nadia Chandler was nominated to serve as Parent Representative to the Board and will serve a one year term. A motion was made and seconded to elect Ms. Chandler. The motion passed with unanimous approval.

Nominations were made for returning members to the Board: Veronica Dujon, Jeanne Lynch, Carolyn Landsverk and Matt Morgan. Each will serve a three year term. They were elected by unanimous consent.

President Seubert explained the need to vote on a one-time waiver of provisions of Article VI of the CMC Inc. By-Laws allowing for resigning members to serve at the last meeting of the current fiscal year (June 2010), and new members to serve at the first meeting of the new fiscal year (July 2009).
