These little cards are a great reminder to take time each day to do things that help maintain your mental health.
Tea is a symbol of many of the principles of mental wellness: taking a moment for ourselves, comfort, warmth, relaxation and stress relief, balance in a fast-paced life, conversation or quiet reflection, and family and cultural traditions. Tea also has properties that are good for the body, reinforcing the mind/body connection.
Printed with a mental health message, 10 tips for mental health and a listing of CMHA branches in BC, share them with your friends, family or colleagues to let them know you care. They also make great giveaways at mental health and wellness events.
Each card includes an individually wrapped tea bag and a sticky dot to attach the tea to the card. Cards are shipped unassembled.
