Join us for a Free/by Donation workshop and explore new ways to navigate though relationships!
This is a sign up for a two week course. It will run on Mondays and Fridays: 4/16, 4/20, 4/23, and 4/27 from 4:00-6:00pm.
1. What makes a relationship healthy or unhealthy?
Have you ever wanted to express your feelings about a current or past relationship in a constructive, creative way? In this workshop, share your favorite song, write your own lyrics, or create an album cover to help yourself better understand what relationships mean to you!
Our goal for this two-week program is to help you learn more about the important (and sometimes subtle) differences between healthy and unhealthy relationships and how to navigate tough situations. We’ll focus on deciphering song lyrics and their meaning and using a variety of artistic media to “communicate” with those who have made an impact in our lives.
