CSI invites you to attend our annual banquet where our Executive Director, Tom DeRosa, and special guest speaker Dr. James Connor will reveal the brainwashing and censorship that is relentlessly sweeping through our nation's media and educational institutions. Freedom from Evolution and Atheism For many decades, God has been replaced by atheistic evolution, which has been falsely proclaimed as science. God is being systematically replaced by allowing one theory of naturalistic evolution to permeate throughout the culture while suppressing any different viewpoints or ideas about the origins of life or the universe. This is the practice of censorship, where God is not allowed in public places, including our schools. The evolutionary ideology is relentlessly being repeated and spread through the public media and educational institutions in the form of brainwashing. Evolution claims to be the only cause to spark life into existence and form the universe. Such claims are deceptive because they conceal the real agenda, to do away with the Creator and promote an atheistic belief system.
Creation Studies Institute's (CSI) desire and purpose is to expose this form of indoctrination to our nation and to the world. There is much work to be done in this area, and CSI has been committed to the cause of Freedom from Evolution and Atheism for all 27 years of its existence. We would like to share our vision of how we can uproot this kind of reprobate thinking and its horrific consequences. At this event, CSI, through many different kinds of outreaches for all ages, would like to exhibit the resources that God has given us to ward off one the most dangerous ideas of all times - Atheistic Evolution.

Dr. James Connor
Dr. James Connor is priveleged to have became affiliated with Creation Studies Institute in 2012. He majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Asbury College. Medical school was completed at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Internship and Residency were completed in Miami, Florida leading to being Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Connor has been in private Family Practice since 1991 in St. Augustine, Florida with the help of his faithful wife of 25 years.
In 2008 he was involved in the Florida Science Standards hearings that kept "Theory" as a prefix to Evolution. He enjoys reading about Creation almost daily. His interest is in the legal side of Creation vs Evolution and he is involved in the cutting edge case of Citizens for Objective Public Education (C.O.P.E) vs Kansas Board of Education.
Presentation Summary:
Many Creation scientists look at Creation vs Evolution from the scientic or religious perspective, but this presentation looks at the culturally high impact side of the legal dynamic. The dry topic of law is brought to life with a colorful powerpoint dramatization of the cases that have shaped our nation and explore the legal weaknesses, the chinks in Evolution's armor. Creationists have actually had several wins in championing the cause. Discover how Evolutionary thinking has crept into our psyche by virtue of our laws and how to free ourselves from this. Learn how C.S.I. has been instrumental and influencial in impacting our nation on this front. Lastly simply relax & enjoy the rallying of friends and family at the annual C.S.I. Banquet.
Tom DeRosa
Our Executive Director & Founder, Tom DeRosa left the seminary and the church thinking he was throwing away his faith, but in reality, he had only found a new religion: evolution. However, in 1978, he accepted Jesus Christ as Lord of his life. Soon after, he studied the area of Creation at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church and has come to the conclusion that a lack of knowledge of the biblical account of creation is greatly responsible for many barriers that keep people from Christ.
CSI has developed a strategy to combat the dogmatic teaching of evolution in public schools by exposing the brainwashing, censorship, and deception that is taking place. Pamphlets and brochures will address the specific fallacies of evolution that appear in the science textbooks and on popular science web sites. These pamphlets can easily be duplicated and distributed.
