Advanced online registration is now closed. Please register on-site and pay by credit card or check. See on-site registration rates below. 

We encourage you to register online and pay by credit card or echeck, but Purchase Order registrations cannot be accepted online.  Members paying online need to be sure to first login to your membership account to access the member rates. Your membership must be current through the conference registration date to receive membership rates. You can join or renew your membership online before you register. Non-members who register for the full conference will receive a year of complimentary membership.

Purchase Orders for conference registration will be accepted through January 21, 2015 for conference registration. Membership only POs are accepted throughout the year. 

Please Note:

• POs must be mailed, faxed or emailed.  POs can not be accepted through online registration
• Prices will be based on PO postmark or time/date stamp
• POs must be accompanied with a Conference Registration Form
• New or Renewal Memberships can be included with a conference registration. A completed Membership Form must be included

Registration Rates:

Full registration fees include the following meals/food: Thursday night - Exhibitors Opening and appetizers, Friday - Membership Meeting with light lunch, and Sunday Closing Keynote with Brunch.

No refunds for conference registration, workshops, or meals can be given after January 27, 2015.

A service charge of $35 will be applied to all refunds.

Qualifying refunds will be processed after the conference by March 18, 2015.
