CSPC Membership through a current membership with our partner organizations.

Please enter the information requested. We will contact you if we need additional information to verify your membership with the partner organization. You will receive an e-mail verifying your reciprocol membership upon verification. You will receive further instructions once your membership is verified. Please bring your membership confirmation email with you when you attend your Orientation at the CSPC. You will be required to sign a liability waiver and present your photo ID for identification.

  • Sapphire Club in Tukwila, WA

  • Threshold in North Hollywood, CA
