LITTLE WRECKERS PRESCHOOL (LWP)
Little Wreckers Preschool is available to children of active Westport Public Schools Employees. Children who will turn 3 years old but will NOT turn 5 years old by December 31, 2017 are eligilbe for LWP. Enrollment in the LWP will be available on a first-come, first-serve registration basis. LWP facility is located at Staples High School, and is staffed by Earthplace Preschool professionals.
Registration is capped at 16 children. Registration will be done online through Earthplace Preschool website and will go live at 8pm on September 28, 2017.
LWP will run January 2, 2018 through June 18, 2018 (if no snow days).
Typical hours of operation: 7am-4pm on days Westport Public Schools is in session.
LWP will operate during any extended faculty meetings.
LWP will also operate on professional development days.
Registration fee: $250.00 per child. Payable at time of registration.
Tuition is set annually and families will be required to commit to a full year tution payment spread over ten payment periods. Tuition refunds in whole or part will only be made in exceptional circumstances. For the current 2017-18 school year, the tuition rate is $12,800.00 per enrolled child. Since LWP will begin on mid-year on January 2, 2018, families will pay half the annual tution rate for the remainder of the 2017-18 school year: $6400.00. This pro-rated tuition will be billed in five payments of $1280.00 on the following dates:
