The Illinois State Board of Education is conducting a public inquiry of CPS on special education practices. Have you or your child experienced an inappropriate delay/denial in receiving the following services?

Eligibility for special education services
Paraprofessional support
Transportation services
Therapeutic day school placement
Extended school year services
Reduction in related services (e.g., OT, speech, social work)
