Equip for Equality Hosts Disability Rights Consortium Meeting on December 9th -- Featured Speaker: Brian Rubin.
The next meeting of the Disability Rights Consortium will take place on Wednesday, December 9th from 9:30-11:00 at Equip for Equality (20 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 300, Chicago, IL).
Topic: Many of us have clients who would benefit from a special needs trust, but most of us don't have expertise in this area. Brian Rubin's presentation will provide an overview of the relevant issues, including the new ABLE (Achieving a Better Life Experience) Act accounts.
Presenter
Our speaker next month will be Brian Rubin, who is a private attorney with extensive experience assisting people with disabilities with special needs trusts.
