The next meeting of the Disability Rights Consortium will take place on Wednesday, May 28th from 9:30-11:00 at Equip for Equality (20 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 300, Chicago, IL).

 

Topic: Recent Developments in Special Education Law

 

Presenters

Our speaker will be Professor Mark Weber from the DePaul College of Law.  Professor Weber is an expert on special education law and is the author of Special Education Law Cases and Material and Special Education Law and Litigation Treatise.  Professor Weber will be reviewing recent court decisions under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
