A few notes:
- A parent/guardian must register and accept the waiver statement (liability waiver / photo release) for each athlete.
- Each athlete must register as an attendee.
- A team can include up to three people with the team captain experiencing a disability. Looking for a team to join? Contact triathlon@factoregon.org and we will do our best to match you with other athletes!
- The family teams can include up to three people, including siblings, parents, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, or whoever you’d like on your team. Each team must have at least one youth.
- Athletes can create a fundraising page to waive the $35 registration fee! Select pay by check as the payment option and then follow the instructions to set up the page once submitted
- All athletes can and encouraged to create fundraising pages to support the All Ability Tri4Youth! There will be prizes for individuals, teams, and family teams who raise the most funds!
- Registrations are not refundable.
