This year, Maxie’s Birthday Benefit will take place at Golden Road Brewing in Los Angeles.The day will begin with supervised kids activities from 10:30am until noon. The kids activities will include face painting, arts and crafts, games and more; sitting services will be donated by urbansitter.com. From 10:30am to 2:00pm there will be a silent auction, food and pitchers of beer inside.

There will also be a toy drive for children in need! Please bring a toy, still in its packaging, to the event. The toys will be donated to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

If you are not able to attend, we hope you will consider making a donation in Maxie's memory.

Golden Road is a family friendly restaurant with a lawn out in front, delicious upscale “pub food” and a huge selection of microbrews. The event will have something for everyone, including tours of the brewery. Our last event had over 200 people in attendance and we expect the same or more for this year.

We plan on showcasing all of our silent auction contributors on our flyers which will go to our entire list of past contributors (over 1000 people). The silent auction contributors will also be named on my blog, missingmaxie.blogspot.com, which has over 600 readers from all over the globe daily. Covers all food and beverages for event. Individual or company will have prominent individualized signage in the kid’s area and in the private event room. Sponsor's name and/or logo will appear on all flyers, emails and table top sponsorship pieces at event. The event will be designated as Maxie’s Birthday Benefit, sponsored by “Presenting Sponsor Name”. Gold Sponsor gets 8 tickets to the event.
Silver Sponsor - $2500 (two available)TWO SOLD!
Covers all food for event. Individuals or companies will have prominent signage in the private event room. Sponsors' names and/or logos will appear on all flyesr, emails and table top sponsorship pieces at event. Silver Sponsors get 6 tickets to the event.
Bronze Sponsor - $1500 SOLD!
Covers all kids’ snacks and beverages for the event. Individual or company will have prominent signage in the kid’s area. Sponsor's name and/or logo will appear on all flyers, emails and table top sponsorship pieces at event. Bronze Sponsor gets 4 tickets to the event.
Sapphire Sponsor - $1500 SOLD!
Covers materials for kid’s activities including arts and crafts, face-painting and games. Sponsors will have shared prominent signage in the kids’ area. Sponsors' names and/or logos will appear on all flyer, emails and table top sponsorship pieces at event. Playtime Sponsors gets 4 tickets to the event.
Friends of Maxie - $500 (Multiple available)
Will help defray the cost of the event. Sponsors' names will appear in a roll of honor at the event and in the thank you emails sent after the event. Friends of Maxie get 4 tickets to the event.
