Have you planted leafy greens? Well, there is a bounty of wild greens waiting to share their nutrition with you, and now is a perfect time to enjoy them. Chickweed, dandelion, plantain and more will be discussed in this course. Samples will be explored as available, and discussed; nutrition levels will be a conversation topic, and handouts will be available to take home.
